The Villas offers an array of Concierge Services, including our “Villas Connection” which provides ultra high-speed Wi-Fi broadband service that covers all interior and exterior areas of the Villas (at up and download speeds of up to 30 mb/sec); our Villas Housekeeping; and, finally, our seasonal “Tiki Parties” for tenants, friends and family.

The Villas’ apartment homes are available on a one-year lease basis (with an early termination option). Indoor smoking is not permitted. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. Your rent includes water service (including hot water), as well as sewer and garbage service, and free wi-fi.
