The Villas’ apartment homes are available on a one-year lease basis (with an early termination option). Indoor smoking is not permitted. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. Your rent includes free heat, an off-street covered, reserved parking space, your own large walk-in basement storage room, water service (including hot water), as well as sewer and garbage service, and free wi-fi.
